Step 1: Product Planning & Design
We have a professional design team to help promote your brand through high-quality printed PP bag packaging. We also collect detailed information about the customer’s requirements and bag usage to determine the most suitable raw materials for the product.
Step 2: Raw Materials
Raw materials such as high-quality PP resin, metallocene, biodegradable additives, and masterbatch are carefully selected and blended by our engineers at optimal ratios. These materials are then processed through extrusion machines to produce plastic film.
Step 3: Film Blowing Process
The film blowing stage is one of the most important processes in plastic production. It ensures uniform thickness and consistent quality. Quality checks at this stage include film thickness, adhesion, and color consistency. Operators continuously monitor the machines to maintain product uniformity.
Step 4: Cutting Process
The plastic film rolls are fed into automatic cutting machines. All machines are equipped with Electronic Position Control (EPC) to ensure precise alignment. Product dimensions must strictly follow customer specifications and are checked by staff to ensure consistency.
Step 5: Strength & Pressure Testing
Products undergo durability and pressure testing to ensure they meet quality standards. Sealing must be strong enough to withstand the required load and pressure according to customer specifications.
Step 6: Packaging & Final Inspection
Products are packed into outer bags and carton boxes, including staff codes and production dates for traceability. Our QC staff inspect 5% of daily production. If any defects are found, 100% of that production batch will be rechecked. Only defect-free products are shipped to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
